Saturday we went to the Skate for poverty event being thrown by Syndicate in an effort to raise money for poverty [duh!] & also spread awareness that skateboarders really aren't so bad. A few of the mayoral & council candidates also came out to show their support, so that was cool. Lots of skater boys doing tricks & trying to show off, hehe. It was fun, even if it was a bit cold.
